Shop for Supplies or Replacement Items
In addition to creating a supplies inventory, we'll also source and purchase necessary items or replacements cost-efficiently, so the owner never has to worry about shopping for supplies.
Manage Laundry Room
If your short-term rental offers laundry facilities, our team can maintain an appropriate amount of washer and dryer essentials. We'll also check machines for forgotten laundry, clean the interior and exterior of the machines, and schedule periodic maintenance.
Manage Towels and Linens
Short-term rentals provide towels and bedding that must be laundered between visits. Our team changes towels and linens, manages laundry, and monitors the condition of towels and linens. We'll promptly replace worn items to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
